O Design and prepare bid documents and drawings for special
supporting services and installations which require func-

tional integration with the new Wind Tunnel including gaso
line services, fire protection systems, engine exhaust
systems, make-up air systems, simulated solar load, data
acquisition system, facility control and communication
systems, roll type dynamometer installations and other
miscellaneous items.
d) Provide for inspection and reports of construction and
review and approval of shop drawings during construction.
Inspection and report shall consist of weekly or more
frequent (if required) inspection of the installation
during construction with a written report submitted to
the Owner after each inspection affirming agreement with

design objectives.
0 Provide personnel to direct the contractor during starting
and operating the facility initially, performing acceptance
tests of the facility and systems, making all necessary
adjustments and corrections and training Chrysler personnel
in the operation and maintenance of the facility. Owner
acceptance of the facility shall require a complete satis-
u
factory operation of all systems for a period of 72 hours.
