In order to effectively determine the automobile aerodynamic characteristics ,
some pressure instrumentation will be necessary. Also, in determining flow character­
istics through the radiator and engine compartment further instrumentation will be
necessary. Mr. Jesse King, from the Systems Static Test Division of CHO, will be
used as a consultant in the instrumentation area. As can be gleened from his resume
he has ample qualifications to serve in this area. His services will be utilized on an
as required basis.

Mr. John Hinkle’s resume is included to give some insight as to the quality of
personnel to be used in preparing the final documentation. His artistic ability is above
reproach and his ability to portray the scientific significance of a phenomena in an easily
interpreted rendition has been demonstrated in previous work.
