. Phase III - Final documentation will include all work completed under
the contract and will be in the format discussed in Section
C.4.

Five copies each of each of the first two phases will be submitted to CEO.
The number of copies to be printed of the final document will be left to the discretion of
CEO.

2. Manpower Utilization:

Figure 3 projects both the total man-hours expected to complete the proposed
tasks plus the monthly rate at which these hours will be utilized. Table I further amplifies
the expenditure to show the personnel breakdown. No projections have been included in these
figures for model manufacture since it could be a subcontract item and costs will appear as
material dollars. Further, the model scale will greatly affect this figure. Since model
scale has not been decided, no attempt has been made at this point to arrive at model costs.
By the same token, tunnel costs will depend on the model scale to be tested. No charges
for tunnel time have been included in this proposal. It is assumed that CEO will cover costs
of tunnel time which will be required and which will be mutually agreed upon by CEO and
CHO during the course of the performance of this program.
