We reviewed our presentation outline and received numerous comments and

suggestions, but in general, the program presentation seemed agreeable to all.

Mr. Dawley reviewed the fact that we had previously agreed that Detroit would

analyze the basic human factors and define the hardware design criteria for Huntsville

to use in the development of hardware. He indicated that funds may now be available

for their pursuit of this phase but that he would like to see Huntsville carry out this

phase including the cold room heater simulation and executive evaluation in Detroit.

Mr. Dawley suggested that we expand our presentation to include the first phase

and give a preliminary presentation to Messrs. J. Kingscott and R. A. Brauberger. He

will establish a meeting date with these people. If Mr. Kingscott and Brauberger approve

we will make the presentation to Messrs. T. C. Gleason, R. Gaskill,and J. Shank.
