A test schedule for the Charger model has been written and tentatively
agreed upon by the race people. Final agreement will be obtained within
the next few weeks.

No decision has been made as yet as to who, if any, from this office will
go to the Daytona races July 4. Mr. Bruns from the Special Car Program
Office has requested that at least one person attend and if possible two
people. Since the wind tunnel work is being conducted exclusively for the
race people (Bruns), he thinks, and I agree, that much information could be
gained by having aerodynamicists observe the race activity. If nothing else,
we might see what Ford is doing to their cars to nuke them run faster.

Also, nothing more has evolved pertaining to full-scale tests. I have not
given up hopes of getting one more man from Huntsville involved.
