III. Operation Plan

A. Separate Burden Center:

. CHO will staff the Operation Center with off-site operating personnel
and collect costs under a separate Plant 7804 Burden Center.

B. Staffing:

CHO will staff the operation initially with the following types of
personnel:

(1) Code 19 Supervisor
(2) Code 20 Senior Engineers
(1) Code 25 Engineer B
(3) Code 25 Project Technicians
(1) Code 27 Field Technician General

C. Facilities and Equipment:

The Chrysler Engineering Office-Highland Park will lease the basic
facility and provide a suitable working area for vehicle operation.

Equipment, tools, and supplies required for operation and maintenance
will be purchased or transferred from the Chrysler-Detroit Woodward Garage function.

D. Support Services:

Additional specialized services will be purchased from CHO or local
sources as required to include:

1. Engineering (Mechanical and Electrical)
2. Fabrication (Electrical and Sheet-metal)
3. Machine Shop
