                            The problem of rapid heat or reducing heater warm-up time was

                     discussed briefly with Mr. Deaty. They are attempting to obtain 100°F

                     air from the heater from an ambient temperature of -10°F in one and one


                     half minutes. They require a device adaptable to the present system and

                     would prefer to op      rate it off of the exhaust heat. New ideas or approache


                     are welcomed.
