Gap setting may be customized on Champion retracted Present Type Discontinued Types
gap (“R” suffix) plugs. This tool will open or close the ground J-6J J-67J
electrode to preferred tolerances. Precise settings should J-4J J-64J
be made and care taken not to “jockey” the electrode back J-63Y J-66Y

Although of less importance in street use, proper plug
