                               During the recent visit to Central Engineering (Referenced ICC)


                        the writer promised to prepare a proposal draft for performing aero­

                        dynamic testing of 3/8 scale automobile models. The draft was to be

                        reviewed with Mr. Dawley and receive heavy inputs from them to help


                        define the work in detail and flavor our propo  al for acceptance by their

                        management.


                                The writer has prepared a suggested proposal outline (Attachment 1)

                        with some pertinent guidelines to use in the proposal draft preparation


                        by Department 4800 personnel.
