               The subject program covered by the referenced I PA has been reduced to
                one-hundred thousand ($100,000o00) authorization for calendar year 1970 at the
                direction of Mr. G. V/. Porter, Manager, High Performance Vehicles.

                This action was one of several High Performance Program revisions necessary to
                meet recent profit improvement objectives.

                It is my understanding that operating personnel at Huntsville have previously
                been advised of the race garage program limitation by Mr. EL Pc Bruns,
                Engineering Office as representative of Mr. Porter.

                Please maintain financial control records to assure that this program does not
                exceed the one-hundred thousand ($100,000.00) limitation. This confirms our
                phone conversation of 3/10/70.
